TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are important terms and conditions which might impose or limit your rights while using this platform. Please read carefully.


Medessy Enterprises Limited is a limited liability company in Nigeria trading as NG-Ride.


Transfer Duration: This is the period from the time and date a passenger or product is picked up and dropped off at an agreed location.


Rate Card: This is the official price NG-Ride charges for rentals and deliveries. These rates are subject to change from time to time. The rates at a particular time are current at the commencement of the service.


Service charge(s): The service charge(s) payable by the passenger shall be a charge calculated for the entire period as advised online on our website or as set out in the official rates card and/or the quotation, whichever is applicable, and is based on a base fee, the duration and/or time spent, whichever is applicable.


All charges payable by the passenger shall be payable by means of credit card or wallet to Medessy Enterprises Limited account on or before the termination of the service.


No Show: In the event of a "no show" for any reason whatsoever, the passenger will be liable for the full amount of quoted service.


Indemnity

Other than in the event of gross negligence, neither Medessy Enterprises Limited nor any of its directors, officers, employees, servants or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage (including any loss or damage to property left or transported in the vehicle, loss of life), whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from the service, including, without limitation, any defect in and/or mechanical failure of the vehicle (howsoever arising and of whatever nature) or the failure of Medessy Enterprises Limited to detect defects in or mechanical problems with the vehicle and whether such loss or damage results from breach of contract or delict, which may be suffered by the passenger and/or any third party.


Medessy Enterprises Limited, its directors, officers, employees, servants, contractors or agents are accordingly indemnified by the transferee/passenger or his estate against any claim of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising for any damages or loss which might be instituted against it arising from or connected with or pursuant to the rental/transfer.


Guarantor and co-principal debtor

If the passenger enters into this agreement on behalf of any principal, including any disclosed and/or any undisclosed principal, he shall be personally liable jointly and severally with his principal.
